Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Our return policy states you have 10 days for a full refund or exchange and up to 14 days to receive a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Online purchases may be returned via mail or to our storefront located at 200 Wayne Dr. in Richmond, KY.
If you would like to return merchandise purchased online and it has been fewer than 14 days since the item was delivered please respond to your delivery confirmation email or contact us at email@example.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item or issue a refund. We will also notify you if your refund is rejected for any reason. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Final sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We also do not accept returns for drinkware, eyewear, hair accessories, home decor, jewelry, and workout apparel.
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we may not be able offer a direct exchange for the item that you purchased. If you need a different size or color in an item, and the item is still available on our site you can either:
Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 7 days) for a refund.
Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size or color you would like once store credit is issued.
If you have an item that is damaged or defective we will do our best to replace it exactly for you. Please email us at email@example.com in the event you receive a damaged or defective item.
To make a return for online purchases, please respond to your delivery confirmation email or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that you include the packing slip or your name and order number with the return so that we can find your order in our system when it arrives.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not eligible for return or refund. If you send us an item after 14 days you will be denied a refund and you will also be responsible for paying the return shipping.
