Returns for Online Purchases
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds for Online Purchases
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you are local to Richmond, KY we can accept returns for online orders in our brick and mortar store located at 200 Wayne Dr.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Final Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We also do not accept returns for drinkware, eyewear, hair accessories, home decor, jewelry, swimwear, or workout apparel. Items that are discounted at 50% or greater are final sale.
Due to our limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange will still be available when the return reaches our department. If you need a different size or color in an item, and the item is still available on our site you can either:
Reorder the item in the size you need and then send the original item back to us (postmarked within 7 days) for a refund.
Send the item back and indicate that you would like store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size or color you would like once store credit is issued.
If you have an item that is damaged or defective we will do our best to replace it for you. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in the event you receive a damaged or defective item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error) and any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery is not eligible for return or refund. If you send us an item after 21 days you will be denied a refund and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
