Returns
In-store purchases: You have 10 days for a full refund or exchange and up to 14 days for store credit.
Online purchases: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. If it has been fewer than 14 days since delivery, please reply to your delivery confirmation email or contact us at hello@thecottonmarket.com.Â

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging.
Shipping
For online returns, please reply to your delivery confirmation email or contact us at hello@thecottonmarket.com.Â
Include your packing slip or your name and order number with the return.

+ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
+ Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping will be deducted.
+ We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.Â
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and applied to your original payment method.
If your refund has not posted, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email hello@thecottonmarket.com.
Final Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. We also do not accept returns for:
+ Drinkware
+ Eyewear
+ Hair accessories
+ Jewelry
+ Workout apparel
Exchanges
Because of limited inventory, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If you need a different size or color and it is still available:
+ Reorder the correct item and return the original (postmarked within 7 days) for a refund.
+ Or return the item for store credit and repurchase once credit is issued.
For damaged or defective items, please email hello@thecottonmarket.com and we will do our best to replace the item.
Not Eligible for Return
+ Items not in original condition (damaged or missing parts not due to our error)
+ Items returned more than 14 days after delivery. If you send an item after 14 days, the return will be denied and you will be responsible for return shipping.
